Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Mental Health Clinic, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight, ensuring the highest quality services for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy to a small caseload of adults, children, and adolescents with a range of DSM diagnoses.
  • Work closely with direct and support staff, including psychiatric staff, to ensure appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health in an electronic medical record.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff, interns, and limited permit holders.
  • Ensure access to services, improve health outcomes, and reduce preventable hospitalizations and emergency room visits.
  • Audit charts according to NYS OMH and COA regulations.
  • Manage crisis situations as needed, including on-call duties.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, Ph.D./PsyD or licensed professional in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a mental health clinic setting, including serving clients with co-occurring disorders.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and EHR experience.
  • Valid and clean NYS Driver's License.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
