Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Specialist to join our Employee Health team at Infirmary Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert nursing care and support to our employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

As an RN Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced practice nursing care to employees, including health assessments, vaccinations, and treatment of work-related injuries
  • Developing and implementing health promotion programs to improve employee well-being
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including employee health data and program evaluations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Alabama or a multi-state RN license in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
  • Adult Immunization Knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

We also prefer candidates with:

  • A BSN degree
  • Clinical specialty in Occupational Health
