Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (a Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is advantageous)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or online advertising/social media
  • A strong commitment to achieving productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal writing
  • Proficient time management abilities to organize daily tasks efficiently
  • Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in customer engagement and business goal ownership
  • A passion for social media
  • A collaborative team player capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, focusing on channel development and optimization to enhance platform usage and encourage the adoption of various tools and features
  • Identify and comprehend customer needs and objectives
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of essential platform features to align customer needs with available solutions
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone interactions
  • Oversee portfolio management and prioritization, identifying opportunities and maintaining follow-up with content creators over time
