  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve high performance and meet enrollment targets.
  • Recruit sales agents on a statewide, regional, and national level.
  • Establish sales teams with a multi-office presence across states, regions, and the nation, and recruit across various offices.
Training and Compliance:
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Ensure all sales representatives adhere to BroadBolt's policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and secure strategic locations for sales operations to maximize customer outreach and enrollments in all US cities, regions, and states.

  • Emphasize the importance of reducing churn and implement strategies to encourage customer loyalty and retention with the broadband provider.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize various channels, including local events and community partnerships, to promote BroadBolt's services.

Compensation:
