Job Title: Senior Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our global immigration practice group. As a key member of our team, you will assist in managing the mobility needs of our clients, providing expert guidance on US employment-based, non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze US employment-based, non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of State, US Department of Labor, and US Customs and Border Protection.
  • Draft and submit E-2 L-1, EB-1, O-1, and NIW petitions, as well as other immigration benefits requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues on immigration benefits, government procedures, and case processing timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and data on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Mentor and train junior paralegal staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with solid academic credentials and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience writing L-1, EB-1, O-1, and NIW filings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm and outside parties.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on global immigration matters, including consular processing and document legalization/authentication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, legal terminology, and immigration database software.
  • Familiarity with iSheets, Power BI, and PDF editing.
