Your primary focus will be on consulting and formulating strategies, processes, tools, and technologies that drive growth and cost efficiencies through improved collection capacity and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Direction:

  • Ensure alignment of workforce optimization initiatives with the overarching business goals of the organization.

Workforce Optimization Strategy:

  • Provide consultation on strategies, budgeting, and forecasting for direct labor expenditures across multiple centers.
  • Establish and execute processes for intraday, short-term, and long-term labor planning.
  • Deploy software solutions and tools for effective workforce management, encompassing labor standards, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

Enhancing Productivity and Reducing Costs:

  • Lead initiatives to drive improvements through data analysis, modeling, simulation, and the application of Industrial Engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to create business cases for transformation initiatives.

Best Practices and Process Enhancement:

  • Identify and implement best practices and enhanced processes for labor optimization.
  • Address inefficiencies in the collection process to maximize capacity utilization.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving cost savings and efficiency enhancements.

Capacity and Utilization Strategy:

  • Consult on capacity and utilization modeling and planning, developing methodologies and tools for forecasting and optimization.
  • Work in conjunction with data scientists, IT professionals, and consultants to create advanced analytical models and dashboards for operational management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with a focus on the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred.
