Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Engagement: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome, ensuring a positive first impression of our venue.
  • Communication and Support: Answer guest questions, provide accurate wait time estimates, and guide guests to tables/bays.
  • Game Functionality and Operations: Explain game functionality, manage suite/bay assignment systems, and optimize seating to ensure even workload for servers.
  • Table Management and Maintenance: Bus and clean tables as needed, and manage game system, including setting time, adding time, and monitoring table turn.
Requirements
  • Energy and Enthusiasm: Display energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills, with the ability to work on and as a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering up and down stairs, and to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
