Job Description

At Lush Handmade Cosmetics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Ambassador. As a Seasonal Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize our StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
  • Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
