Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client inquiries through voice and text communication, and engage in periodic outbound calling initiatives to promote services.
  • Assist in connecting clients with the most suitable services and practitioners to enhance their experience.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of regular massage, skincare, and stretching.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members and guests to foster client retention.
  • Facilitate service enhancements that provide a personalized experience for clients and equip service providers with necessary tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights on improving our service delivery.

Daily Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood.
  • Promote the concept of Total Body Care by informing clients about new services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging future bookings.
  • Support clinic operations by managing scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members regarding their accounts and appointment availability.
  • Perform follow-up calls to guests to gather feedback on their service experience and highlight membership benefits.
  • Send notifications to members about available appointments.
  • Assist in expanding and retaining our client base through various outreach methods.
