Role Responsibilities:

Our team is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support our multidisciplinary engineering efforts across various processes and product lines. The primary focus of this role will be to enhance sitewide Continuous Improvement, manage Capital Expenditures, and oversee Project Management with a strong emphasis on equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste and enhancing throughput to minimize costs.
  • Prioritize safety in processes and equipment.
  • Ensure a strong focus on equipment reliability and operational uptime.
  • Effectively manage projects and coordinate teams to meet timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop justifications and plans for capital investments in new equipment, upgrades, or facility enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience is preferred.
  • Experience in Project Management and Strategic Planning.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • Experience in implementing six-sigma process enhancements and statistical process control.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • A proven ability to identify, influence, and drive cost reductions and process improvements through collaboration.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar modeling software, including experience with CNC milling.
