Cabinetry Sales Development Expert

Cosmo Cabinets, a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer, seeks an experienced Cabinetry Sales Development Expert to drive innovative sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research on potential developers, general contractors, and designers using industry databases to identify key targets.
- Qualify leads, build, and manage a sales pipeline while maintaining high activity levels through daily calls tracked within our CRM system.
- Achieve a conversion rate of 30% that qualifies leads into meetings with Account Executives, reflecting historical success.
- Discover new leads through diligent research and proactive engagement on social media platforms.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, developing these leads into growth opportunities for Cosmo Cabinets.
- Accurately track customer interactions and information within our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered.
- PREFERRED: Industry exposure in construction or building materials, with a solid understanding of cabinetry products and market dynamics.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, prior experience in home improvement or cabinetry beneficial.
- Intense curiosity with a hunger for learning new concepts, industry trends, and customer personas.
- Organized multitasker with a structured approach for optimal success.
- Talented communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
