Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the pharmacy department's operations, utilizing your expertise and professional judgment to achieve set objectives.

Core Duties:
  • Adhere to the KPH Standard of Practice to ensure the highest quality of healthcare services.
  • Dispense prescriptions while following all quality assurance protocols to guarantee accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage the submission and collection of third-party claims.
  • Maintain pharmacy inventory to optimize stock levels while meeting customer needs.
  • Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Implement loss prevention policies and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and professional pharmacy environment.
  • Foster professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Stay informed about developments in pharmacy and healthcare services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Facilitate communication between pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in on-call schedules as necessary.
  • Assist in hiring practices, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for pharmacy personnel.
  • Support clinical functions such as medication therapy management and compliance reviews.
  • Work towards meeting budgetary sales guidelines.
  • Complete all mandatory training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Job Requirements:
  • Valid State License and current registration to practice pharmacy.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.

Special Conditions of Employment:
  • Drug testing.
  • Continuous monitoring for exclusions and sanctions.
  • Compliance with additional eligibility requirements based on the specific role.

Compensation:
$81,123,496.06 annually.


The final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
