About the Role:

Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists to provide exceptional patient care and service
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services

Requirements:

  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
