Key Responsibilities:
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the operations of the pharmacy department, utilizing your expertise and professional judgment to achieve set objectives and tasks.

Core Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with the KPH Standard of Practice in delivering top-quality healthcare services.
  • Dispense prescriptions in accordance with established protocols and quality assurance measures.
  • Maintain adherence to all State and Federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Manage third-party claims submissions and collections efficiently.
  • Oversee pharmacy inventory management to optimize stock levels while meeting customer needs.
  • Ensure that all records are maintained in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among pharmacy staff.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and professional pharmacy environment.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Stay informed about advancements in pharmacy and healthcare services relevant to your role.
  • Facilitate effective communication between pharmacy personnel and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Assist in the hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes for pharmacy staff.
  • Conduct medication therapy management and other clinical functions to support compliance.
  • Work towards achieving budgetary sales targets while adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Engage with auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
  • Complete all mandatory training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
  • BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy is required.

Job Requirements:
  • Must possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening test.

Special Conditions of Employment:
  • Drug testing.
  • Continuous monitoring for exclusions and sanctions.
  • Compliance with any additional eligibility requirements specific to the position.

Required Training:
  • HIPAA Privacy Course.
  • HIPAA Security Course.
  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Course.

Compensation:
$81,123,496.06 per year


The final offer will be determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, experience, and education.
