Job Summary

ZSG is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production and auxiliary support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and repair production and auxiliary support equipment to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and other maintenance management software.
  • Ability to design and draw in Solid Works, Master Cam, and Auto Cad.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical theory and the ability to use this theory to diagnose complex mechanical issues.
