Job Title: Mechanical Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Millwright to join our team at Industrial Trade Services. As a Mechanical Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and technical manuals to determine work procedures.
  • Dismantle and reassemble machinery using hand tools and power tools.
  • Move and position heavy equipment using hoists, dollies, and cranes.
  • Construct and install equipment foundations using building materials.
  • Align and level machinery using precision instruments.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Operate engine lathes and other machinery to grind, file, and turn parts to specifications.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of shop mathematics and precision instruments.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment.
Working Conditions:

The Mechanical Millwright will work in a fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to heavy machinery, loud noises, and varying temperatures. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
