About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Umpqua Bank Corp. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing a variety of routine financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.

You will also be responsible for balancing cash drawers, counting currency and coin accurately, and assisting customers in determining the types of accounts that will meet their financial needs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and processing all types of deposit and loan accounts, including complex retail products such as consumer loans, VISA merchant accounts, and small business loans.

You will also be responsible for cross-selling other bank services and referring customers to other departments as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process routine financial transactions
  • Balance cash drawers
  • Assist customers with account selection
  • Open and process deposit and loan accounts
  • Cross-sell bank services

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
