About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Throw Social. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving special events operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the efficient and effective operation of the special events department
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve special events revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts with local clients and businesses
  • Oversee labor forecasts and budget projections
  • Promote employee engagement and support organizational values, priorities, and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of progressive sales experience with a catering company, full-service hotel, or restaurant
  • Proven track record of successful event management and sales growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, including flexible work from home options and a comprehensive benefits package.
