Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Gen3 Marketing LLC. This role is a key position that requires a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies for our clients.

About the Role:

  • As a Strategic Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affiliate programs for our clients, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • You will work closely with our client services team to understand client objectives and develop tailored affiliate marketing strategies to meet those goals.
  • Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, negotiating placements and securing added value for our clients.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing trends in client metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics.
  • Another key aspect of this role is providing exceptional client service, communicating performance results and strategy recommendations to clients, and securing buy-in from decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and communication to affiliates.
  • Analyze trends in client metrics and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance.
  • Negotiate placements and secure added value for our clients by building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients and secure buy-in from decision-makers.
