Job Title: Bilingual Patient Accounts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Patient Accounts Specialist to join our team at Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and insurance companies, resolving account inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient and insurance company inquiries regarding account balances, billing, and claims.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our patient accounting system.
  • Escalate complex issues to management for assistance and resolution.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service and healthcare business office experience a plus.
