Job Title: MEL Specialist

Job Summary:

Q2 Impact is seeking a highly skilled MEL Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) practice area, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MEL frameworks and processes, leading research initiatives, and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement MEL frameworks and processes for clients, including results frameworks, data collection tools, and capacity development plans.
  • Lead research initiatives, including designing and implementing mixed-methods research studies, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to clients.
  • Support clients in developing and implementing data visualization and knowledge management strategies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including writing proposals and developing growth strategies for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as monitoring and evaluation, research, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including data analysis and visualization, and experience with program management and administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
