Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menus and food items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts, working closely with the culinary team.
