Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our growing brunch-only concept restaurant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing both pancakes and people, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for FOH and BOH staff
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and food quality to ensure profitability
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee development and retention
