{"h1": "Human Resources Business Partner", "p": "At National Retail Transportation, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions across multiple locations in the field. Your expertise will be essential in providing solutions regarding HR needs, compensation and incentive plans, new hire orientation, recruiting, performance appraisal systems, employee relations, employee handbooks, job descriptions, local and country compliance, management and employee training, policy development, and more.

Responsibilities:

* Provide HR support to multiple locations, including employee relations, change management, training, compensation, payroll administration, and recruitment.
* Evaluate client needs and establish, maintain, build, and manage client relationships to support our clients' business strategies.
* Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS system records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
* Support hiring needs, including posting jobs, screening, and hiring candidates.
* Communicate company policies and support leadership's enforcement of these policies.
* Manage and collaborate in the resolution of employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
* Work with higher-level Human Resource management to research employment laws, human resources policies, and communicate the information effectively to the client.
* Create and support employee engagement activities while staying within budget.
* Support company Open Enrollment period to ensure smooth processing.
* Support Payroll processing.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner with at least 1 year in the field.
* Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred, with warehouse and terminal experience also preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (UKG experience preferred).
* HR Professional Certification (preferred).
* Bilingual: Spanish speaking preferred.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of local HR laws and regulations.
* Strong business acumen and ability to adapt to change.
* Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
