Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training for new Investment Advisors on various support applications, focusing on trading processes, corporate actions, and operational tasks.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new external users to proprietary applications.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Investment Advisors, support teams, and Financial Advisors regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the configuration of products utilized within the Wealth Management Advisory program.
  • Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements used by Investment Advisors.
  • Establish Investment Advisors' access to daily downloads for reconciliation activities.
  • Oversee daily reports that ensure program compliance and performance.
  • Act as a liaison between external Investment Advisors and the Corporate Action department for organizational offers.
  • Maintain an internal proprietary database for generating manager profiles and performance metrics for the Advisory platform.
  • Collect and analyze survey feedback from Investment Advisors quarterly to create performance profiles.
  • Provide oversight for the posting and validation of manager profiles on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a self-motivated approach to tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level.
