Contract Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training for new Investment Advisors on various support applications, focusing on trading processes, corporate actions, and operational tasks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new external users to proprietary applications.
- Serve as a communication bridge between Investment Advisors, support teams, and Financial Advisors regarding policies and procedures.
- Assist in the configuration of products utilized within the Wealth Management Advisory program.
- Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements used by Investment Advisors.
- Establish Investment Advisors' access to daily downloads for reconciliation activities.
- Oversee daily reports that ensure program compliance and performance.
- Act as a liaison between external Investment Advisors and the Corporate Action department for organizational offers.
- Maintain an internal proprietary database for generating manager profiles and performance metrics for the Advisory platform.
- Collect and analyze survey feedback from Investment Advisors quarterly to create performance profiles.
- Provide oversight for the posting and validation of manager profiles on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a self-motivated approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level.
