Job Summary:

This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication, ensuring timely and accurate processing of parts transactions. The incumbent is expected to embody the company's mission and core values, collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model and promote the consistent use of Holt's Values Based Leadership tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with the company's Vision, Values, and Mission.
  • Engage in sales of Sullair and vendor parts to customers through various channels, serving as a primary point of contact for parts-related inquiries.
  • Process all parts transactions for internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales programs sponsored by Holt and the dealership manufacturer, promoting sales through incentives and meeting or exceeding specified objectives.
  • Ensure that product information systems are up-to-date and new product information is accurately reflected.
  • Provide support to customers by responding to after-hours call-outs, being available for rotating after-hour calls.
  • Regular and punctual employee attendance is required.
  • Work safely at all times, adhering to all applicable safety policies and complying with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate well-organized skills.
  • Exhibit good phone and people skills.
  • Must be proficient with computers, with experience in a computerized parts management system highly desired.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
  • Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
  • High School or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required; parts store experience highly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

  • None.
Physical Requirements:
  • This position involves extended periods in a stationary position, with occasional movement to access office equipment and files.
  • This role frequently communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
  • Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment:
  • This job is generally performed in a professional office environment.
  • Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
