Compensation Package

The compensation package for this role includes an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

This leadership role involves strategic planning, compliance oversight, policy development, and standardizing HR practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee compensation, benefits, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and HR programs such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Labor Relations/Union experience required.
  • Experience in Aviation ideal.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, along with SPHR designation.
  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
