Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Associate to join our Corporate Headquarters HR Team in Anchorage, AK. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting and hiring activities, processing employee actions, managing personnel records, and special HR projects as needed.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly, listen actively, and effectively convey information to both candidates and clients. This position educates and advises managers on recruiting, interviewing and selection practices and provides a positive and memorable candidate experience.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The annual salary for this position is approximately $63,000-$73,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent amount of related experience.
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience with at least one year in Human Resources preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to deal with sensitive information in a discrete and professional manner.
  • Must be able to pass the company's pre-employment process including a criminal background check, drug test, and basic physical.
