Job Title: Human Resources Operations Specialist

Furniture Enterprises of Alaska Inc. is a leading furniture retailer with a strong presence in the Alaskan community.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and be able to provide support in all areas of HR.

The successful candidate will assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.

This role involves administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, maintaining accurate employee records, and conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, PTO (104 hours), holiday pay (including your birthday), medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with employer match, and employee discounts.
