Role Summary
The primary focus of this position is to uphold the Slyce mission of delivering high-quality food and beverages while ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a vibrant and enjoyable environment. The Front of House Key Hourly role serves as a foundational managerial support position, stepping in during the absence of higher management. Responsibilities will vary, encompassing roles such as host, server, and bartender based on the restaurant's needs.
Essential Qualifications
- A genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant sector and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Hands-on approach to work.
- High energy and the ability to inspire others.
- Capacity to foster a positive and enjoyable workplace.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED; hospitality management certification or college degree is advantageous.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, including a minimum of three closing shifts per week as requested.
- Excellent communication skills to train and motivate fellow team members.
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
