Position Overview

The Team Member will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, potential members, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk tasks, including answering calls, checking in members, and conducting tours.
