Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Suntex Marina Investors, LLC. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of all service crew members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, eliminate errors, and enhance the overall quality of service.
  • Monitor team performance, production, efficiency, and quality metrics to ensure that goals are met and supporting overall team quality and training efforts.
  • Provide training and coaching support to reinforce successful team member behaviors and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental and/or operations policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years related progressive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Factory OEM Training and Certification a Plus.
  • Comfortable in a sales-driven environment requiring both inside and outside efforts in order to achieve goals.
  • Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite skills required.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment.
  • Strong organization skills to be able to prioritize projects and deliver quality results within tight time constraints.
  • Highly motivated team player driven to achieve excellence.
  • Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients/others.
  • Good presentation, facilitation, and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and corporate goals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter.
