Route Manager Job Description

Lapels Dry Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Manager to join our team. As a Route Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing our home and office delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional delivery of dry cleaning services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand our delivery routes, increasing revenue and customer base.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery operations, including pickup and delivery of clothes and textile products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • A high school diploma or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A clean, neat, and professional appearance.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay and a percentage commission on the entire route. Bonus incentives are also available for new customer additions to the delivery route.
