As a Lease Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment leasing program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. The salary for this position is estimated at $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment title and insurance renewals;
- Oversight of equipment file tracking and maintenance;
- Collaboration with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing;
- Preparation and billing of service and miscellaneous invoices;
- Monitoring of insurance expiration dates and active claims;
- Management of loan documents and their matching with invoices and equipment;
- Filing of electronic documents and maintenance of equipment titles in secure files;
- Processing of titles when equipment is sold;
- Maintenance of insurance updated on equipment;
- Handling of Insurance claims for damaged or wrecked trailers (insurance company, customer, and bank);
- Processing of titles/invoices for purchased equipment and trailer sales;
- Tracking of loan documents matching them with invoices and trailers;
- Preparation of bills of sale and internal documents for trailer sales;
- Preparation of FedEx shipments for Leasing (tags, checks, titles, etc.);
- Identification of discrepancies in billing data;
- Provision of excellent customer service;
- Review and making of invoice decisions regarding billing for additional fees have and ensure they have been entered correctly and timely;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to multitask effectively and accurately;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Thorough accountancy knowledge;
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Accountability to accept mistakes and work towards a proactive resolution.
