About the Role

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, develop individualized plans, and promote family-centered care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, reduce errors, and improve overall care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Washington State RN license or equivalent from another state.
  • BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Prior experience working in pediatric intensive care units (PICUs) or similar settings.
