Head and Neck Surgery Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Head and Neck Surgery Nurse to join our team at Providence Swedish First Hill. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects pertinent assessment data to identify patient needs and potential problems.
  • Develops, reviews, and revises individualized care plans to ensure patient-centered care.
  • Evaluates patient response to care and initiates changes as needed.
  • Documents patient information and interventions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of Surgery Nursing experience.
