Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze patient data to identify needs and potential problems
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve measurable and achievable outcomes
- Evaluate patient response to care and make independent and collaborative changes as needed
- Document patient progress and interventions
- Utilize the nursing process to incorporate teaching into patient care and document teaching and learning
- Prepare for discharge/transfer and document the process
- Deliver patient care based on pathophysiology and nursing principles
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Surgery Nursing experience
