Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our growing team at 4P Consulting Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Key responsibilities include providing advanced support to the accounting team, preparing financial reports, managing routine correspondence, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other accounting documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage routine correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses while handling more complex queries.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date financial records, ensuring proper organization and record-keeping practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a proven track record of handling advanced accounting tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
