Job Summary
Jobot is a leading provider of property management services, seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of multiple properties in our portfolio, with a focus on budget development and compliance. **Responsibilities**
• Develop and manage budgets for each property, ensuring that all financial objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to Section 8 and Multifamily properties.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that all properties are in good condition and meet all relevant standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial status, and other relevant metrics.
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for improving property performance and profitability.

**Requirements**
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong emphasis on financial management.
• Extensive knowledge of Section 8 and Multifamily properties, including relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets for multiple properties.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, team members, and senior management.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
A bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
