We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Aid Specialist to join our team at Paul Mitchell Schools in Hoover, AL.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the financial aid process, explaining each step with care and clarity. Once enrolled, they will manage students' financial aid throughout their time at the school, ensuring all forms are completed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with the financial aid application process
  • Manage student financial aid records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty regarding financial aid matters
What We Offer
