Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, tracking payments, reconciling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires coordinating with clients and attorneys to ensure timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track outstanding client invoices.
• Ensure timely collection of payments by coordinating with clients and attorneys.
• Send out regular statements and payment reminders.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Apply payments to client accounts and update records.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and legal billing practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
