Job Overview

Office1 is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our IT sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet departmental targets.
  • Lead a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of sales operations and analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
