About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hemodialysis Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. This role provides day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, ensuring safe and effective delivery of patient care in compliance with facility procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff, providing informal feedback and formal evaluation input.
  • Participate in department staffing, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions, recommending action to the Facility Administrator as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and facility approved procedures and policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Approve or disapprove time or personnel schedule changes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge in current practices related to dialysis principles and techniques through participation in scheduled in-services.
  • Train and orient staff as necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
  • Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State
  • Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience, plus 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients
  • Medical/surgical nursing preferred; supervisory or management experience also preferred
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.
