We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Professional to join our team as a Hemodialysis Nurse. As a member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive hemodialysis care to patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Patient Care: You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Hemodialysis Treatment Administration: You will administer hemodialysis treatments, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Clinical Decision Making: You will use your clinical expertise to make informed decisions about patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Patient Education and Support: You will educate patients and their families about hemodialysis, its benefits and risks, and provide ongoing support to help them manage their care effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification required.
- Skill and Qualifications: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
