Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse in Houston, Texas. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality dialysis care to patients in a SNF setting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve clinical outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a RN
  • Previous experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis
