Key Qualifications

The QMHP Clinical Team Lead at Texas Care will oversee the delivery of community-based mental health rehabilitation and case management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Texas Health and Human Services guidelines, Medicaid billing, and community-based mental health services.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development. Evenings and weekends are required when needed.

  • Lead a Team of QMHPs: Supervise and support QMHP staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to state regulations.
  • Develop Performance Metrics: Track and evaluate the performance of QMHP staff, ensuring they meet productivity goals and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Crisis Management: Meet with clients face-to-face for crisis assessments, assist with crisis intervention, and ensure appropriate action is taken.
