Job Description:

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Nurse Clinical Placement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of safe and effective dialysis therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide direct patient care and support the nursing team in delivering safe and effective dialysis therapy.
  • To assist with the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • To perform various duties such as escorting patients, vital signs, surface disinfection, and lab preparation.
  • To participate in daily huddles and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three quarters of an ADN program or junior year of a BSN program completed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull equipment up to 15 pounds of force.
Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
