  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring all training requirements are met.
  • Analyze daily business levels, anticipate challenges, and devise effective solutions.
  • Develop weekly staffing schedules based on labor forecasts and adjust as necessary to meet operational demands.
  • Complete all end-of-month reports accurately and on time.
  • Support staff in their roles to provide optimal guest service.
  • Oversee cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated areas.
  • Manage employee performance to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the housekeeping department's annual budget.
  • Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of management experience in housekeeping within the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to interpret safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment usage.
Compensation: Starting salary at $58, commensurate with experience.
