About the RoleThis dynamic position requires a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining contact lists, and ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the company website, ensuring it remains up to date and visually appealing.
Competitive Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
