Disability Support Services Manager

To excel as an Adult Developmental Disabilities Support Specialist, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and have at least one year of experience providing support coordination or case management services to individuals with IDD.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and collaborating with service providers. A compassionate and empathetic approach is crucial in understanding and addressing the diverse needs of individuals with IDD.
